The bisons have moved south, we couldn't keep old man north's cold bony fingers out of our sleep, so we have gone to our winter hunting grounds in the smith river national forest ten miles north of Crescent City. We somewhere along the south fork road, just look for the campfire and listen for the windchimes. And our prayers and chants can be heard in the air.
